Raw Honey

We work with a number of small scale, local beekeepers who produce the highest quality raw honey. We have sweeter, lighter honey such as blackberry, tangier honey like Russian Olive and star thistle, and dark and more bitter honey such as the famous buckwheat honey- also known as "Oregon's Manuka" honey for it's vital health properties. 

 We never heat our honey beyond the natural temperature of the hive, so the enzymes remain in tact. We never use super-fine filters, so the pollens remain in the honey.
