Refund policy

All livestock orders have a $10 cancellation fee until February 28. Livestock orders cannot be cancelled after February 28. Livestock sales are not guaranteed and cannot be returned.

We ship on a best effort basis. It you need guaranteed delivery dates, please email us prior to placing an order. Most orders ship within three business days if the product is in stock.
