Premium Cappings Wax

Cappings wax is made when honey is extracted, and the frames are uncapped. Because it comes from the cappings of honey frames, it gives it a sweet smell and a light color. It comes from a beekeeper we've been working with for many years, and is local to Oregon. As it is not overly filtered you will see a very minor amount of debris, which is a good sign it is raw and not overly processed.

Our "cappings wax" (exclusively from the capping wax of honey frames) is the most premium and smells very sweet and floral. The Oregon Beeswax is equally pure but slightly less fragrant but still has that wonderful beeswax smell everyone loves.

These blocks are nominally 1lb, but can vary slightly in either direction. (We pour the wax by hand.)
