This is "wild" blackberry because it has a unique blackberry flavor compared to the traditional taste you might be used to, and there's a good chance they pollinated some other wild berries as well. These hives were kept along the Walla Walla River in Washington.
Our honey is always raw, with a very coarse gravity filter that allows all the food value to remain and the larger objects to be removed. We never heat our honey beyond the natural temperature of the hive, so the enzymes remain in tact.
*The 12oz is smaller than what is pictured (18oz)*
