BroodMinder Citizen Science Kit

This kit allows you to continuously weigh your hive and monitor its temperature and humidity. It is an excellent adjunct to your hive inspections, and is a great aid in colony diagnostics. It consists of one hive scales and two temperature/humidity probes. These sensors monitors while you are not in your bee yard, and gather the measurements bue bluetooth connection to your smartphone. You can also upload this data to Broodminder to be part of a national beekeeping community. This allows you to compare with anyone else using broodminder. This is particularly useful for comparing things like weight gain with neighboring hives in your region.
